PART-TIME JUNIOR WEB DEVELOPER

MedTech Momentum (https://medtechmomentum.com), a healthcare marketing leader, seeks a part-time Junior Web Developer to join our innovative web team. This role, which is remote and suitable for an independent contractor, is vital for developing, launching, and managing compelling websites that effectively resonate within the healthcare community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development and implementation of web projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal Account Executives and external Web Development partners to ensure timely and budget-conscious project execution.
• Manage communications with Web IT partners for optimal web hosting, maintenance, backups, and updates.
• Manage the flow of website edits for sites under agency management, ensuring timely updates and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and functionality.
• Monitor and analyze post-launch KPIs to enhance user engagement and improve client satisfaction.
• In partnership with our AI experts, integrate the latest AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of web projects.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in web development, preferably in healthcare or technology-focused projects.
• Proficiency in major CMS platforms such as WordPress and knowledge of Shopify, Joomla, and HubSpot are advantageous.
• Expertise in converting PSD files to functional websites.
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL databases, Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks, and version control using GIT.
• Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.

Compensation:
This part-time, remote role suits an independent contractor, offering $20 per hour.

Potential for Future Full-Time Employment:
This part-time role can evolve into a full-time position based on performance and the company's expanding needs.

Education:
A degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field is required.

Reporting Structure:
