Responsibilities

  • Manage Talent Acquisition efforts for employees and interns
  • Implement Strategic Planning goals as directed by the Partners and Directors
  • Manage day-to-day activities of Administrative Assistant that supports all levels of our Team
  • Develop and deliver Trainings as requested
  • Coordinate onboarding of new hires and interns
  • Serve as liaison to Benefits vendor for enrollment and questions from staff
  • Coordinate 401K and Financial advisory activity
  • Follow existing protocol for Employee Relations issues.  Advise for attorney involvement
  • Keep Employee Handbook updated
  • Support Supervisors through all aspects of Performance Management

To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field

7-10 years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility SHRM certification a plus (not required)

Skilled in with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Certification preferred)
