Solution Analyst – UX/UI Designer Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center

Work you'll do
As a Solution Analyst, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.
Knowledge Areas- UX/UI Designer
- Supports conversations led by functional analysts on project scope and features. Iterates on low-fidelity mockups and captures high-level user flows
- Builds out foundational design, including setting up the Figma design system, creating a style guide, and designing standard page templates and layouts.
- Iterates on high-fidelity mockups, creates clickable prototypes, and documents design requirements to support handoff to development
- Conducts current state evaluation of existing application's accessibility and usability.
- Assists in planning and conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and workshops.
- Synthesizes current state findings and user research feedback into actionable, prioritized results to inform and guide all project workstreams.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of study
- UX/UI Design, Human-Center Design, Digital Communications, Computer Science
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Must submit design portfolio upon application
- Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations
- Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
Preferred skillsets: Able to translate concepts into user flows, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. A portfolio that demonstrates your personal style and proficiency in designing responsive web or mobile apps. Experience with Figma
