This position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Air Dominance & Strike Weapons Advanced Programs Finance and Cost Control activities. This position supports a multitude of program finance functions; including establishing and managing program baselines, analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimate at Complete (EAC) values, conducting Earned Value analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis. The candidate will also work collaboratively with peers and program stakeholders to perform multiple financial cost analyses including cost allocation, controlling costs, and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables, assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans, and preparing analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership. In addition, this position is actively involved with quarterly contract status report development and the annual long range plan.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Desired Skills:
Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures
Robust data acumen and familiarity with modern data, reporting, and automation tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
