Job Description:

The Manager, Systems and Data Integrity will be a working hands-on manager. The incumbent will research and support the development of IT business needs and will actively resolve problems and issues within the systems and related technologies to limit work disruptions within the Company. This position will take ownership of all data uploaded into the CRM. The Manager will be a strong leader of people.

  • Train, coach, mentor and inspire team to achieve company goals in a results-oriented environment.
  • Manage staffing through appropriate hiring, corrective action, performance management and termination as required.
  • Direct workflow of staff in delegation, assignment and follow-up required for efficient performance of the team ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.
  • Track various productivity, quality, and performance standards including those stated in SMART goals and analyze results to ensure that established levels are achieved.
  • Create and maintain open and positive communication channels with all superiors, employees, peers, and customers as appropriate.
  • Make financially responsible decisions to ensure the cost-effective use of all resources throughout the organization including people, time, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and facilities.
  •  Actively promote communication, collaboration, and teamwork across all departments, teams, and functions for the achievement of common goals and objectives.
  • Understand and consistently enforce established policies and procedures.
  • Manage workflow of staff in delegation, assignment and follow-up required for efficiency.
  • Update and maintain internal and external communication and Standard Operational Procedures (SOP), and templates.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  •  Administer office/CRM systems including but not limited to; Salesforce, Vonage (NVM), Office 365, Zoom, Proofpoint, Partner document sites, MyFax and Citrix Share file.
  • Function as primary point of contact to coordinate with IT services vendor on projects including but not limited to the installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of laptops, desktops, software and network equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, minimizing losses and assuring reasonable allocation of spare equipment available for quick replacement when needed. Identify equipment approaching end of serviceable life and suggest replacement.
  • Respond timely to known system events, service issues and outages, in order to reduce impact on customers and the business.
  • Configure and manage storage environment.
  • Assist with applicable internal and external audits regarding any topics in-scope of this position.
  • Create, activate, manage, and disable user access as needed or requested by senior leadership to ensure business needs are met and intellectual assets remain protected.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous SaaS experience required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required with 5 years’ experience in a Systems Administrator role.
  • Five years’ experience as a people leader
  • Effective leadership, coaching, motivation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Salesforce Administration - including ability to create and/or edit visual force templates, processes, flows, user security settings, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Web Chat, Custom fields, Lightning Pages, forms and objects.
    • Windows OS / Azure management - including client use and system administration/troubleshooting.
    • Vonage (New Voice Media) user management, IVR Mapping, Scripting and configuration.
  • Proficient knowledge of:
    • Software installations, upgrades, and vendor fixes to operating systems and layered software packages including planning/scheduling, testing, and coordination.
    • Networking (wired and wireless) including deployment and troubleshooting of hardware (switches, hubs and routers), port-level changes, and diagnosing network performance or access concerns.
    • Working knowledge of Storage Administration and FC and iSCSI connectivity
    • Knowledge of system security, data backup and recovery
    • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, Email, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
    • Troubleshooting smart device OS's, including Android and IOS
    • Telephone systems, IVR and endpoints devices.
  • Time management skills necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in addition to the ability to deliver technological information to a non-technical audience.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of HTML, Apex, VB and or SQL would be beneficial.
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid insurance and a clean driving record.
